For orders placed before 11am IST, we endeavour to process the same business day. Orders placed after 11am IST will be processed the next business day.

For stretched framing, we are committed to dispatching it next day after processing it. Black framing slightly takes more time due to outsourcing.

We typically use India Post & Delhivery as our delivery partners. Generally, packages are delivered in next 5-7 days after dispatch.

During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slighly longer processing time.

We have a hassle-free return policy. Return is applicable until 7 days from the date of delivery.

Replacement Policy: Items can not be replaced in case of change of mind, but if the item sent is wrong or physical damage is found then it can be replaced free of cost.

You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

Customized items are not returnable but yet replaceable if any physical damage is found.
